The quality of our products is based on proven materials, a controlled production process, and recognized certification standards. In our work, we place great emphasis on the quality and safety of materials. We use raw materials supplied by trusted partners who meet the requirements of recognized textile certification standards. At the same time, our company operates a certified quality management system that covers the production process and product inspection.
In the production of our products, we use materials certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. This certificate confirms that the materials have been tested for the presence of harmful substances and are safe in contact with the skin. Benefit for the user: material safety in everyday use.
We also use materials in our products that meet the requirements of the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). This standard sets high requirements for the quality of raw materials and responsible production processes in the textile industry. Benefit for the user: materials meet high environmental and quality standards.
Some of the materials used in our products meet the requirements of the ECO-5 certificate, awarded by the ITT CERTEX certification body. The certificate confirms that the materials comply with specific quality requirements and are safe to use. Benefit for the user: confirmed quality of materials used in production.
Our company operates a certified quality management system compliant with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015. The certificate covers the production of bedding articles and rehabilitation products, as well as sewing, CNC cutting, and CNC quilting services. This system means that the production process is carried out according to clearly defined quality procedures and is subject to ongoing control. Benefit for the user: quality control and repeatability of production processes.
We work exclusively with long-standing, trusted suppliers. They provide raw materials sourced responsibly and packaging from legal sources. Suppliers of raw materials and semi-finished products also confirm that they meet the required quality standards and applicable regulations, and that they hold the relevant certificates.
