What wool is used to manufacture your products?

Depending on the products:

How should wool products be washed/cared for?

The preferred method of cleaning wool is dry cleaning. It is available at conventional dry-cleaning laundries. By using this cleaning method, we do not expose our wool products to deformation or shedding of fibers.

Hand washing
The product can be hand-washed at a maximum of 30°C. In addition, while rinsing a wool product, the water temperature should be gradually reduced. This helps prevent product deformation. Next, gently squeeze out the water and dry the product flat. This prevents the fabric from stretching.
The recommended product for the care of wool products is an antibacterial washing-and-protective agent with lanolin.
The laundry liquid we offer in our online store is a product with a unique formula and a delicate floral fragrance, intended for refreshing and washing products made from 100% pure live wool such as: merino, angora, camel, llama, cashmere. See the product.

Machine washing
Machine washing is not recommended.
In addition, wash only on programs recommended for wool, marked with a special certified symbol.
Tumble drying is not recommended.
The recommended drying method is natural drying, i.e., hanging the product outdoors in the fresh air.

Is/are microfiber polyester fillings safe?

Yes, these are materials that are safe for our health. Microfiber and polyester have anti-allergenic properties.

Microfiber allows air to pass through very well, which is beneficial for our body. In addition, it quickly absorbs water and then evaporates it.

Polyester is a durable material and does not lose its shape. Silicone fibers are springy and are also safe for allergy sufferers.

How long will a duvet/pillow last me?

The guarantee of long-term use is to follow the care conditions according to the information on the label of the given product.

Do people sweat when sleeping under a microfiber duvet?

Microfiber has very good water absorption properties and also evaporates it very quickly. That is why we do not sweat excessively under a microfiber duvet.

Do people sweat when sleeping on a pillow with polyester filling?

It is a natural process that people sweat as they adjust their body temperature to the environment.

Polyester filling absorbs water very well, so we do not feel discomfort when sleeping on a pillow with polyester filling.

How to choose the right duvet size?

The duvet size should be matched to the height of the person sleeping and the bed size.

When choosing a pillow, you should pay attention to its filling. It is worth knowing that a pillow can be filled with artificial granules as well as natural fiber. Granules made of thermoelastic foam allow for precise adjustment to the body’s natural position during sleep. That is why it is the best choice for people suffering from spinal conditions. For those who value natural products, we recommend products made of wool. Products from the MERINO LINE series have merino wool filling. They are characterized by the ability to thermoregulate, ventilate, and absorb moisture.
