Information for consumers – right to withdraw from a distance contract

As a consumer, everyone has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded indirectly. In the Online Store, such an action may be taken within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the consumer came into possession of the goods or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, came into possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision. In addition, such information should take the form of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by traditional mail or by e-mail). The statement may be sent, for example: in writing to the address: P.P.H.U. “EUROWOLLE” Wiesław Rozynek, ul. Wałbrzyska 38, 58-160 Świebodzice, as well as electronically, via e-mail to: sklep@eurowolle.pl;

Right of withdrawal – template form

An example template of the withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act. It is also additionally available on the Online Store website under the “Withdrawal from the contract” tab. Consumers may use the template withdrawal form. However, this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the consumer’s right. This must be done before the withdrawal period expires.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from the customer. This includes the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the chosen delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method offered by us). We will refund the payments without undue delay. In any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of the decision to exercise the right. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as used in the original transaction. Except in situations where we receive consent for another solution. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods. Additionally, we may do so until we are provided with proof of return shipment, depending on which event occurs first.

If the customer has received the purchased goods, they are obliged to send them back or hand them over to us at the address: ul. Wałbrzyska 38, 58-160 Świebodzice, without undue delay. In any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed us of the withdrawal from the concluded contract. The deadline is met if the product, as well as the returned products, are sent before the expiry of the 14-day period. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. Moreover, they are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
