In order to maintain the high quality of the materials we use in the production process, proper maintenance of wool is very important. It applies to pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, and all other products sold in our store. It is also necessary to maintain their health-promoting properties.  The conservation process consists of several elements, including in the conservation process is necessary to protect the wool and its properties. In order to use Eurowelle products satisfactorily for as long as possible, you should follow the rules described below.

WOOL MAINTENANCE – GENERAL RULES

In order to maintain the high quality of woolen products for as long as possible, follow the rules below: 1.  SELECTION . Separating white, colored, dark and heavily soiled fabrics from woolen knitted fabrics. 2.  MAINTENANCE SYMBOLS . Follow the icons on the label: form and temperature of washing, bleaching, drying, ironing, etc. 3.  THE RIGHT MEASURE . We recommend Lanolin detergent and protective agent for washing and refreshing our products made of 100% pure, new wool  . 4.  SPIN . Do not centrifuge. 5.  DRYING . Dry unfolded outdoors in the shade. 6.  IRONING . Do not iron woolen products.

HAND WASHING – USEFUL TIPS

Place woolen products in a bathtub or a bowl filled with water. Depending on the degree of contamination of the washed product, you should prepare lukewarm water in advance at a temperature of approx. 20 – 25°C with  Lanolin  in the proportion of 50 – 100 ml per 10 liters of water. Leave in the water for about 60 minutes. During this time, it should be turned over several times and kneaded lightly. Then we rinse it in water at the same temperature as for washing. When drying woolen products, do not wring them out, wring them out or put them on top of each other. It is best to leave them in a drafty place (but not in direct sunlight).

STAIN REMOVAL

Apply the foam obtained in the proportion of 50 ml  of Lanolin  to 5 liters of water onto the contaminated area using a slightly moistened sponge or cotton cloth. Leave the agent to work for approx. 5-10 minutes, then wipe the cleaned surface and rinse. In case of stronger contamination, repeat the operation. https://eurowolle.pl/formularz-kontaktowy/
