FIND OUT THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST OF YOUR ORDER
Order processing time is the time needed to ship the order from the store and ranges from 2-7 business days.
Delivery time is the order processing time + the time needed for the parcel to be delivered by the courier company (1-2 business days).
The cost of delivery of goods whose value does not exceed PLN 150 is covered by the Customer. Payment by bank transfer is PLN 15 gross or in cash upon receipt of the goods – the so-called Cash on delivery – costs PLN 19 gross. This is a fee that we add when placing an order and show it to the customer in the purchase document.
The cost of transport for orders worth over PLN 150 is covered by the Seller.
All domestic shipments are sent by parcels via the Inpost courier company.
The Customer authorizes the Seller to conclude an agreement on the provision of courier services on his behalf and on his account, if the customer has chosen the payment method as the so-called download.

The Seller is not liable for failure to deliver the goods or delay in delivery caused by providing incorrect contact details by the Customer. To avoid such a situation, please complete the registration form fields correctly.
