INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER – THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT

As a consumer, everyone has the right to withdraw from an indirectly concluded contract. In the Online Store, such an action must be performed within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the consumer came into possession of the item or on which a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, came into possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision. Additionally, such information should be in the form of an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by traditional mail or e-mail). The declaration can be sent, for example:  in writing to the following address: PPHU “EUROWOLLE” Wiesław Rozynek, ul. Wałbrzyska 38, 58-160 Świebodzice, as well as  in electronic form, via e-mail to the following address: sklep@eurowolle.pl;

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT – FORM TEMPLATE 

A sample withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act. Additionally, it is available on the Online Store website in the “Withdrawal from the contract” tab. Consumers can use the model withdrawal form. However, this is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the consumer’s right. This must be done before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we refund all payments received from the customer. Including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the selected delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by us). We refund payments immediately. In any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the decision to exercise the right. We will refund your payment using the same payment methods used in the original transaction. Except for situations in which we receive consent for a different solution. In any case, the customer will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items. Additionally, we may do this until you provide us with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

If the customer receives the purchased item, he or she is obliged to send it back or deliver it to us at the following address: ul. Wałbrzyska 38, 58-160 Świebodzice, immediately. In any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us about your withdrawal from the concluded contract. The deadline is met if the product and products are returned before the deadline of 14 days. The customer bears the costs of returning the items. Moreover, he is only liable for the reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
