1. Precision cutting

We provide automatic cutting services for various production volumes, as well as a wide range of materials and raw materials used. The use of a high-quality spreading machine additionally streamlines the production preparation process. In addition, we have a cutter with the highest world-class cutting technology from the Italian company Orox, InvenCUT series, which enables high-performance cutting of many types of knits and fabrics, as well as technical, synthetic, coated materials, etc.

2. Quilting and edging

We provide services using the most technologically advanced machines in the world:
- mammut VMK 250 CNC quilting machine
- mammut MPS 250 edging machine.
In addition, our modern technology park includes a double-head quilting machine that can produce individual, dedicated quilting patterns.

3. Custom sewing

We have specialized sewing machines: single-needle machines for binding with a cutter, as well as twin-needle machines and overlocks, under the supervision of mechanics. We place great emphasis on the precise sewing of every order, which is why, when we take on assignments, we are confident that we will complete them to a high standard.

Analyzing individual stages of production and verifying technological processes allows us to develop and improve our company. Creating and designing new products, as well as modifying and improving the existing product range, is subjected to many control tests. Starting with selecting the right and proven components (semi-finished products, raw materials, materials, accessories, packaging) and ending with testing and evaluating them in terms of properties and suitability, as well as the aesthetics of workmanship.

We also cooperate only with permanent and trusted suppliers who guarantee ethically sourced raw materials and packaging from legal sources. In addition, our suppliers of raw materials and semi-finished products guarantee that they meet the required standards and norms and have all relevant certificates.

Cooperation is based on production from entrusted materials. We can also propose the materials necessary to carry out the order.
