Dear Customer,

for over 30 years at Eurowolle, we have been creating products inspired by nature, taking care of their quality, durability, and comfort of use. Every product leaving our workshop is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if for some reason you decide to return it, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment you receive the parcel, without giving a reason.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • the product must be new, unused and undamaged,
  • it must not show signs of use, washing, or odors,
  • it should be returned in its original condition, with tags and all components included,
  • the product must be packed in a way that protects it from damage during transport.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, returns do not apply to products made to individual order, e.g., sewn to a special size or according to an individual specification.

How to make a return

  1. Fill in the return form – available [here].
  2. Pack the product securely so that it is not damaged during transport.
  3. Enclose the completed form.
  4. Send the parcel back to the store’s address.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer. The Store does not accept shipments sent cash on delivery. The refund will be made within up to 14 days from the moment the product is received and inspected.
