Description

Wool lumbar belt – a body warmer made of natural wool by Eurowolle brings relief and pleasantly warms the lower back. Its effectiveness is due to the properties of natural wool and many years of experience in creating products that support spinal comfort and health. Carefully selected colours give it an aesthetic look and make it blend well with everyday clothing.

What makes the wool lumbar belt stand out?

The belt designed for the lumbar region provides an intense warming effect and helps reduce localized pain. Natural wool gently massages the skin during movement, improving circulation and promoting relaxation of tense muscles. The warmer brings relief from sciatica-type pain, spinal conditions, and rheumatic ailments, while also pleasantly wrapping the sore area and providing steady, comfortable warmth. In this way, it supports the body’s natural regenerative processes.

A convenient Velcro fastening allows quick and precise adjustment of the belt to your body, so you can freely carry out daily tasks, rest, and even sleep without worrying that it will slip. The belt works both during the day and at night, supporting recovery and providing a constant feeling of warmth.

Natural support for the lumbar region

The warmer is made double-sided from high-quality 100% Merino and Camel sheep’s wool, known for excellent thermoregulation properties. As a result, the belt works well both prophylactically and as supportive aid for many ailments:

• overload pain in the lumbosacral region, lumbago
• sciatica and radicular pain
• degenerative changes of the spine
• ankylosing spondylitis
• lumbar instability and spondylolisthesis
• intervertebral disc herniation
• sacroiliac joint dysfunction
• kidney stones and renal colic
• prevention of low back pain and osteoporotic fractures

Natural warmth improves blood supply to tissues, supports regeneration, and helps reduce muscle tension. At the same time, the belt stabilizes the lumbar spine, making it easier to move and reducing discomfort during the day.

Precision workmanship and durability

The Eurowolle lumbar belt is made with attention to every detail. High-quality wool knit fabric and sturdy components ensure durability and the retention of its properties even with frequent use. The warmer is also worth using after thermotherapeutic treatments, as it helps prolong the effect of therapeutic heat and increases comfort for muscles and joints.

Use: It is recommended to fasten the wool belt around the body at lumbar height during rehabilitation treatments, after they are completed, or during sleep.

The product has the following certificates:

PURPOSE OF WOOL PRODUCTS:

Rehabilitation products made of wool knit fabrics can be used on their own, generating heat in contact with the skin. They can also be used to prolong the warming effect produced by physical therapy treatments aimed at achieving therapeutic overheating of tissues. Thanks to their health properties, they improve skin blood circulation, raise the pain perception threshold, reduce muscle tension, and reduce the viscosity of synovial fluid.  They can be used before physical activity, preparing tissues for exercise. It is also worth reaching for them after finishing, helping to consolidate the therapeutic effect achieved.

Belt care

We’re glad that nature is present in your life. Appreciate its qualities, care for them, and be aware that the products you use every day were designed by nature. Since 1990, nature has been Eurowolle’s greatest inspiration. Its rhythm, balance, and simplicity teach us respect—for the material, for animals, and for responsible use. Different knits require different rules, but they share one thing: gentleness and respect for nature. The more consciously you care for a product, the longer it will stay with you.

The basics of care – airing

Natural wool has self-regulating properties and limits the absorption of odours.

  • Air your clothing regularly outdoors.
  • You can air it in winter during frost—low temperatures naturally refresh the fibres.
  • Avoid humid air and intense sunlight.
  • After wearing, let the product “rest”, preferably laid flat.

In most cases, airing fully replaces washing.

Washing – hand wash only

Machine washing is not recommended for Eurowolle wool knits.

  • Hand wash at temperatures up to 30°C, gently pressing in the water.
  • Do not rub vigorously
  • Do not scrub
  • Do not wring
  • Do not soak for a long time
  • Wash inside out

Detergent

  • Use only a detergent intended for wool.
  • Choose liquids with added lanolin, which protects the fibres, supports their softness, and helps maintain the natural thermal-insulation properties. We recommend our laundry liquid for delicate fabrics with lanolin, which will take perfect care of your products.
  • Do not use chlorine, bleach, or enzymes on any of our products.

Drying

  • Gently press out excess water (without twisting) and shape the garment.
  • Dry only flat at room temperature
  • Do not tumble dry or dry on a radiator
  • Do not hang wet knitwear (it may stretch)

What to avoid

  • Automatic washing machines
  • High temperatures
  • Intense rubbing
  • Tumble dryers
  • Damp storage

Most important rules:

  • Air
  • Hand wash up to 30°C
  • Use a wool detergent with lanolin
  • Dry flat

This is enough for merino and alpaca vests, jackets, headbands, and gloves to last for many seasons while retaining their natural properties.
