Description

With full comfort and maximum satisfaction of our Customers in mind, we offer the Lana Amore mattress protector – wool underlay, which combines the best of two materials that perform perfectly in everyday use!

What makes the Lana Amore wool underlay mattress protector stand out?

The combination of two natural materials means that the Lana Amore mattress protector has exceptional anti-allergic and antibacterial properties. A wool mattress protector is an ideal solution for any bedroom, regardless of the type of bed. It combines the function of a protective underlay under the fitted sheet with that of a mattress topper that increases sleeping comfort.

The underlay is an additional insulating barrier between the sleeper’s body and the mattress, which helps ensure a healthy and safe sleep environment. The Lana Amore mattress protector prevents pathological immune reactions of the body and alleviates their symptoms because it effectively reduces the amount of bacteria, fungi, and dust mites in bedding. Thanks to this, people struggling with allergies and dermatological problems can sleep peacefully!

Wool bed protection – every element matters!

The effectiveness of the Lana Amore brand mattress protector lies in attention to every detail, as well as the entire production process. The top layer of the Lana Amore underlay is made of 100% merino-type wool knit, which has unique temperature-regulating, moisture-wicking, and antiseptic properties. Thanks to the wool knit, a natural raw material, you will feel pleasant relaxation, and your body will be gently massaged the whole time. Wool allows for natural ventilation, providing access to fresh air—this is why it creates an ideal environment for comfortable sleep.

The bottom layer of the Lana Amore wool protector is a quilted mattress knit with a silver finish. It is a specially selected knit with a dense weave. In addition to anti-allergic properties, it offers above-average comfort, a feeling of freshness throughout the night, and is also very durable.

The filling used in the Lana Amore mattress protector wool underlay is a high-quality high-loft PES nonwoven with the addition of SILVER+ silver particles. Thanks to the use of modern SILVER+ technology, which involves applying a finish of silver particles to polyester fibers, a unique product is created.

Top 5 – why choose the Multifuncion Silver mattress protector?

  • HEALTHY SLEEP – A quilted anti-allergy topper that ensures healthy, hygienic, and comfortable sleep and extends the life of the mattress.
  • SILVER+ TECHNOLOGY – Modern SILVER+ silver particle technology guarantees a reduction of unpleasant odors. Natural raw materials ensure high thermoregulation and insulation parameters as well as optimal resilience. Anti-allergic and antibacterial properties limit the growth of dust mites and pathogenic microorganisms. Elastic bands sewn into the corners prevent the topper from shifting and ensure it fits snugly to the mattress surface.
  • VERSATILITY – Suitable for mattresses for adults and children. It will also work well on various types of sofas with a sleeping function.
  • HIGHEST QUALITY – High quality of the materials used, careful and aesthetic finishing.
  • WIDE SELECTION – The underlay is produced in many popular sizes 80×200 90×200 120×200 140×200 160×200 180×200 200×200 220×200, ensuring a proper fit for mattresses available on the market.

SILVER+ silver particles

These particles create a physical barrier against soiling, as well as the transmission of infections by pathogenic microorganisms to the human body. The structure of the summer duvet filling ensures high thermal insulation parameters, significant resilience while maintaining an appropriate level of flexibility. In addition, the nonwoven does not lose its properties after washing. The material has a multidirectional fiber weave, which significantly increases the durability of the duvet. After combining both elements, a very warm, delicate winter duvet is created—ideal for frosty nights. The duvets can be used fastened together as well as unfastened—separately. Therefore, it is a great solution for two people, as well as for the full comfort of one person all year round.

INTENDED USE OF WOOL PRODUCTS:

Rehabilitation products made from wool knits can be used on their own, generating warmth in contact with the skin. They can also be used to prolong the warming effect caused by physical therapy treatments aimed at achieving therapeutic overheating of tissues. Thanks to their health properties, they improve skin blood circulation, raise the pain threshold, reduce muscle tension and the viscosity of synovial fluid. They can be used before physical activity, preparing tissues for exercise. It is also worth using them after it ends, reinforcing the therapeutic effect achieved.

Moreover, “in rehabilitation practice, the procedure most commonly used in the treatment of degenerative diseases of the spine is heat therapy. In such cases, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of using products made of wool knits, including wool warmers (1).

Protector care

We’re glad that nature is present in your life. Appreciate its qualities, take care of them, and be aware that the products that accompany you every day were designed by nature. Since 1990, nature has been Eurowolle’s greatest inspiration. Its rhythm, balance, and simplicity teach us respect—for the material, for animals, and for responsible use. Different fillings require different care rules, but they share one thing: gentleness. The more consciously you care for a product, the longer it will stay with you. By caring for natural fibers, you care for harmony.

The golden rule: airing

For natural products, airing often fully replaces washing. Air products regularly in a dry, well-ventilated place. You can also do this in winter during frost—low temperatures naturally refresh wool fibers and buckwheat hulls. Always avoid moisture and intense, prolonged sunlight.

Care rules by type of filling and material:

Wool products and products with wool filling (merino, alpaca, mats)

  • Hand wash at up to 30°C only when clearly necessary.
  • Dry only flat.
  • For thick, firm yoga mats, use only spot cleaning with a damp cloth.
  • Do not machine wash (especially mats).
  • Do not soak entire mats in water.
  • Do not wring out and do not tumble dry.

Products filled with buckwheat hulls (pillows, bolsters, rollers, crescents)

  • Be sure to remove the inner cover with buckwheat hull filling before washing the outer cover.
  • Regularly air the insert itself (also in frost) and gently mix it to maintain its resilience.
  • Protect the filling from any moisture.
  • Do not wash the buckwheat hull insert in water.
  • Do not soak buckwheat hulls.

Products filled with silicone fiber balls

  • Machine wash at up to 30°C (selecting a delicate program).
  • Use a low spin speed.
  • Use mild detergents.
  • Dry at a low temperature (if allowed by the information on the label).

Important: choosing the detergent

  • For wool products, use only detergents intended for wool.
  • Choose liquids with added lanolin, which protects the fibers, supports their softness, and helps preserve their natural thermal properties. We recommend our laundry liquid for delicate fabrics with lanolin, which will take perfect care of your products.
  • Do not use chlorine, bleaches, or enzymes on any of our products.
